Cynthia Videtto is the band director and guitar teacher for Bowdon Middle School. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where her primary instrument was the clarinet. Cynthia Videtto has taught in Burke County Schools and at Bowdon. Ms. Videtto has a son, Charlie. The band program has grown over the years to include about 30% of the middle school student population. The band continues to grow as students take advantage of honor opportunities and work with the high school band with marching and jazz band performances.

Cynthia hopes to instill a love of music and help student learn skills that reach beyond playing instruments. Cynthia still enjoys playing with community groups and hopes her students return to their instruments as adults as well.
