Campus Green Team

The Campus Green Team is a hands-on student group dedicated to caring for and improving our school’s outdoor spaces and is led by 7th grade science teacher, Mike Phelps. Members work together to maintain campus grounds, plant and care for flowers and plants, improve outdoor classrooms, and take part in projects that help keep our campus beautiful and welcoming. Through teamwork and outdoor learning, students develop responsibility, leadership, and an appreciation for nature and their school community.

Some previous projects that Campus Green Team have completed:

- Clearing out and restoring the outdoor classrooms

- Rebuilding the wooden benches in the outdoor classrooms

- Planting flowers in our campus planter boxes

- Assembling a green house

- Picking up trash around our school grounds
